Malini Agarwal is among the first well-known Indian influencers, as well as the Founder & Creative Director of MissMalini Entertainment & Co-Founder of Good Creator Co. She is also the Founder of a community for women called Girl Tribe by MissMalini, which was created to serve as a safe place for women to talk, share, support, empower, network, and inspire each other to live their best lives.

With over 20 years of marketing and advertising experience, and a trans-national career, across India and the Silicon Valley of America, Anusha is the co-founder and CEO of Autumn Worldwide, a hyper-specialized Digital Marketing firm. In Oct of 2018, Grey Group, a WPP company acquired majority stake in Autumn Worldwide. As of Jan 2020, Anusha has been promoted as Chairperson and Group CEO of Grey Group India, which includes both Grey and AutumnGrey.
In her current role, Anusha is responsible for Organizational Growth, Innovations, Planning and Operations. She is on the board of ASCI, AAAI and a council member with AIMA Aspire, a Women’s Business and Leadership Council. Anusha is on the prominent list of IMPACTs 50 most Influential WOMEN 2020 and 2022; the Economic Times Women Ahead award, Corporate Excellence Award for Women at Work and many more.
Prior to co-founding Autumn Worldwide in 2005, Anusha has held a number of progressive assignments in advertising & marketing and has served for brands like Intel, Titan, Unilever, Honeywell et-cetera and in globally reputed agencies, Lowe and Euro RSCG.
Ashish Goel

Ashish Goel is the CEO and co—founder of the Indian furniture brand Urban Ladder. Before starting his own venture, he had worked with various corporate houses and companies as well.
The Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore graduate may have started his work-life somewhat predictably as a strategic business consultant with McKinsey & Co., but his next stint was selling comic books and reviving the storied children’s content brand Amar Chitra Katha.
Ashish was a COO in his friend Samir Patil’s company, Amar Chitra Katha from 2008 to 2012. While working in Amar Chitra Katha, he made a successful acquisition of India Book House – a leading distributor of books and magazines and became its managing director in 2011.
After almost 13 years of total experience, Ashish along with his friend, Rajiv, started his own Venture, Urban Ladder, in July 2012. Ashish Goel was voted as the ‘Game Changer Entrepreneur of the Year’ 2016 at Satya Brahma founded 8th edition of India Leadership Conclave 2016 by Network 7 Media Group Jury.
Geetika Mehta
Managing Director, Hershey India
Geetika Mehta is the Managing Director of Hershey India. She has a proven track record of developing and nurturing small businesses as well as leading growth for large corporations, resulting in increased profitability and turnaround. She was featured in The Economic Times' 40 under Forty list of India's Top Young Business Leaders.
Prior to Hershey, Geetika has over 18 years of experience at Hindustan Unilever where she handled increasing responsibilities of commercial and consumer marketing within HUL. She has experience in Foods and Homecare in diverse markets including South Asia, Thailand, Brazil, and South Africa. She was previously the General Manager for Unilever's Home & Hygiene business, where she delivered market-leading results on both the top and bottom lines and helped to position the category for long-term growth. She was also on the board of directors for Toilet Board Coalition (TBC) India Chapter. TBC is a business-led collaboration with the goal of addressing the global sanitation crisis by accelerating the sanitation economy.
Geetika is an alumnus of prestigious educational institutions such as Sriram College of Commerce, Delhi and the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. On the personal front, her interests include being an avid reader, traveller, marathon runner, and foodie.
KE Ranganathan

Mr K.E Ranganathan is currently the Managing Director, Roca Bathroom Products Pvt Ltd, 100% subsidiary of Spain based Roca Group, world leader in the definition of bathroom space. He works closely on creating new strategies and opportunities to drive growth and further consolidate the company’s leadership position.
Ranganathan is a graduate in commerce from Madras University, an Associate of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and as Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is also a Fulbright Scholar. He comes with more than 33 years of experience in finance, accounting, business planning, strategy, marketing & sales. He has held senior positions in various companies in Murugappa Group & TVS Group.
Not new to Roca Bathroom Products Pvt. Ltd, Ranganathan joined Murugappa Group in 1994 where he was Head of Finance for Parryware division and later took charge of the Sales & Distribution division. During his stint with Parryware, he brought a whole new perspective by refurbishing the key processes and focusing on result orientation, leading to sales growth at a CAGR of 25%. In 2005, Ranganathan headed Parryware business as the CEO and played a key role in transforming the business into a Joint Venture company with Roca Spain.

Mayank Bathwal is the Chief Executive Officer at Aditya Birla Health Insurance Co. Ltd., a joint venture between Aditya Birla Group and MMI Holdings of South Africa.
Mayank has been with the Aditya Birla Group for 29+ years, and has leadership experience across insurance, financial services, manufacturing, energy and power. Mayank was the founding team member of Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance and in his last role, he was the Deputy CEO of ABSLI and had held multiple roles in the business in India and Indonesia.
Mayank set up Aditya Birla Health Insurance in 2015, and under his leadership, within a short span of time, ABHI has grown into one of the recognized and fastest growing health insurance company in India. Mr. Bathwal spearheaded a very well diversified strategy of entering the health insurance market with a differentiated ‘health-first’ business model and developed an efficient multi-channel distribution system by leveraging digital opportunities.
Mayank is a fellow Chartered Accountant and a member of the ICWA and ICSI. He is the co-chair of FICCI Health Insurance Committee and actively leads insurance industry forum of Nathealth.

Tapan Singhel

Tapan Singhel has a rich experience in the insurance industry of more than 30 years. He has been with Bajaj Allianz General Insurance for over 20 years and has been the Company’s MD & CEO for more than 10 years. He is the Chairman GI-Council, and he also chairs the CII National Committee on Insurance and Pensions. He is a Board Member of the Institute of Insurance and Risk Management (IIRM). He has been the President of Indo-German Chamber of Commerce and is now a board member. Under his leadership, the company has emerged as one of the largest and the most profitable private general insurer in the country ensuring growth, profitability and customer-centricity.
Customer obsession and passion to do good for the people are what drives Tapan and his success in the industry. A scientist by education, but an insurer at heart he works towards making a difference in the lives of people in whatever little way he can.
